Our inspiring flow style links poses and breath in creative sequences to a moving soundtrack of music that compliments the flow. You will be introduced to arm balances and inversions at a basic level. This class will guide you through breath-synchronized movement. Expect a mind, body and spirit blend, in addition to an energetic practice.
Warm - Beginner
Flow at a slow pace and explore the foundation yoga postures with a focus on alignment, safety and modifications to a moving soundtrack of music. Straps, blocks & wedges provided. The teacher will provide more instruction than a vinyasa 1 class.
Warm - All levels
This 60 minute dynamic yoga practice is designed to awaken and open your body while deepening your breath. This class is a great way to start YOUR day! You will leave feeling energized and ready to begin your day with clarity, peace and harmony. We end sharply at 8:00 am.
Non heated - All levels/Beginner
Experience the calm and meditative practice of Yin Yoga to balance and ground your energy, enhance your range of motion in the joints, and bring a greater equilibrium to your physical and emotional well being. Yin is a slow, stead practice that will leave every ounce of you feeling more open and relaxed. Generally you hold poses from 90 seconds to 5 minutes, and it is a very passive practice. Class is ended with sound bath with crystal bowls tuned to each chakra.

A balanced blend of Yang and Yin starting with Vinyasa Flow that will challenge the Yang- bringing heat, strength, and awareness into your practice. You will end class with a calm, slow, stretching yin practice; giving physical and mental awareness to your body, mind and soul. This is a perfect
all rounded class.
Hot - All Levels - Intermediate
Hip-Hop yoga is a vinyasa style class, combing postures to lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. Strength conditioning, and high intensity intervals are also added. Come to have fun, tune in, get playful and build community. This class is set to a hip-hop playlist and music may contain explicit content.

Kula Yoga Flow is a Vinyasa flow linked with HIT movements. Linking breath to movement, this class offers a faster paced practice. The teacher will give options and cues for starting inversions and arm balances, and advancement in poses. This class connects the breath and movements to a fun soundtrack that will leave you feeling energized and rech
Non heated - All levels/Beginner
Calm the mind and body with this soothing slow moving practice that promotes relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. Props are used in each pose eliminating the need for muscle exertion allowing you to move inward and find a deep meditative state, while still receiving the physical benefits of each pose. Soft music and breath work will guide you as you move into stillness. All poses are done on the mat making this class physically accessible to all levels.

Kundalini yoga combines, posture (asana) breath (pranayama), mudra, concentration, and chant.
Combining these together for a series of exercises called kriyas. These ancient practices help to guide the energies of the body and mind to a change in consciousness. Clearing internal and emotional energy blocks while also balancing the main energy centers, the chakras. Kriyas raise your energy levels while also keeping you grounded and getting a deep sense of peace and clarity of mind.
Warm - All Levels/beginner
Hatha Yoga class is a slow-paced stretching class with simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. Learn the basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Poses are held a little longer in this style practice versus a vinyasa flow style.
Non Heated - All levels/ Beginner
Aerial yoga combines traditional postures (asanas) from yoga on the mat with suspension in hammocks (nylon fabric securely suspended from the ceiling). It might seem scary, but Aerial is a great introduction to yoga and awesome for improving seasoned yogis. Because the hammock supports much of your weight, you can focus more on how your body is meant to feel in particular asanas (postures). Aerial also increase your range of motion, allowing you to go deeper into poses. Plus, support from the hammocks allow for more fluid movements while creating more space in the body without compressing your spine or joints.
Warm - All levels
Classes links poses with conscious breath, creating internal heat through movement. Varying weekly from vinyasa style sequencing, to a more meditative hip-opener class. Fun playlists and hands on adjustments offered to assist you in taking your practice to the next level. Recommended for students with a developing practice, not appropriate for complete beginners.
