Amber Lanier is a certified 200 HR Vinyasa yoga teacher through Kula Yoga who is passionate about empowering women to awaken and rise! She has always felt that there is more to life than just going through the motions. She discovered what that MORE was when she started her journey of practicing yoga 5 years ago. Ever since then, she’s devoted her time and energy to sharing and teaching holistic health, yoga, and meditation- all the vital tools she connected with on her own personal journey of transformation and healing. She became a yoga teacher to spread this awareness and hold space for others to go on their own journey alongside a community of likeminded people. Her favorite quote: “You are a magnificent force of nature with limitless potential, because the limitless energy that pulses through the Universe is always pulsing through you.”
Britty’s yoga journey began in 2003 when she took her first yoga class as a college PE credit. She went on to finish her Health and Wellness certification and continued seeking out new yoga experiences over the years in each location she lived.
Britty's teachings are a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin and her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the positive transformation in her students.
