Cassie fell in love with yoga in her late teens, and over the years it has become so much more than a physical practice. Yoga has been something she returned to through out her life, motherhood, changes, growth, and all the different seasons of life.
Her work with natural birth, nursing and holistic wellness has shaped the way she teaches with a strong focus on the connection between mind, body, and breath. And the coherence with the heart and mind.
Cassie loves creating classes that feel welcoming, challenging, creative and playful. Her teaching encourages students to listen to their bodies, trust themelves, and find a practice that supports them physically and mentally.
Cassie created Kula Yoga for connection, community, growth and a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Britty’s yoga journey began in 2003 when she took her first yoga class as a college PE credit. She instantly fell in love with the instructors demeanor and the way yoga made her feel more connected to herself and her body. She went on to finish her Health and Wellness certification and continued seeking out new yoga experiences over the years in each location she lived.
Britty's teachings are a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin and her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the positive transformation in her students.
Off the mat, Britty is a mother, artist, singer, animal lover, and entrepreneur. Her roots run deep in spirituality, the arts, music, and she loves bringing that creativity and soulfulness into her classes.

Michelle Spahn started her yoga journey in 2001 in her home town of Denver, Colorado. There were times throughout her journey where she would fall out of practice but always came back to it, knowing it was an important aspect of her life. When she moved to Cocoa Beach in 2013 she found a beautiful community of yogis and decided to complete her 200 hour teacher training in 2018. Her journey through yoga has blessed her with so many great experiences and amazing friendships. Shes grateful to be able to share and guide the loving practice of yoga throughout her community

Loriene was born and raised in Panama.
Her yoga journey began 7 years ago with a meditation course, hoping to invite more clarity and steadiness into her life. In 2018, she completed her 200 RYT in Panama. Forever a student, Loriene continues to explore yoga as a way of living. This year she completed her 300 RYT deepening her belief this practice belongs to everybody. Ten years in education shaped the way Loriene teaches with patience and a genuine love of helping people grow. Her classes invite students to feel safe, seen, and supported with room to explore and be challenged. With breath at the center of her teaching she encourages students to deepen their awareness and carry it beyond the mat. Living from this awareness helps create the kind of world we all want to be part of. Off the mat you'll find her catching sunrises, enjoying a cup of cacao, painting with watercolors, walking her dog, caring for her plants, learning languages or getting lost in nature
