Cassie fell in love with yoga when it was brought into her life in her late teens. She became pregnant with her first son at a young age and it was yoga that kept her present, mindful and open. Allowing for a natural birth and diving deeper into childbirth, breastfeeding and natural living. She worked as a doula helping women connect to their bodies through pregnancy and childbirth. Attended nursing school earning her RN and Associates degree in science and nursing, bringing the power of movement and breath to her clients.
Born and raised in Florida, her family moved to the Space Coast 5 years ago. She has 3 children that she homeschools. While being a stay at home mom to three kids, and yoga being a big part of her life. She understands how life changing it can be. Cassie wanted to become a yoga teacher to help guide and deepen others through their practice. Helping to connect and strengthen the mind and body.
100 hr Meditation Certification with Steve Ross, 40 hr Yin Yoga certified with Tymi Howard ~ Jackie became involved in yoga nearly 20 years ago in Los Angeles, California. After dabbling in a variety of styles of yoga on the west coast, Jackie moved to Port Orange in 2009 and completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow certification. In 2018, she completed her 500 hour certification through Guruv Yoga in Orlando. Jackie takes her continuing education very seriously and commits to yearly advancement in the practice of yoga. She loves to lead retreats all over the world and is committed to educating students through her annual teacher training course. Jackie centers on the fact the art of yoga is the crossroads between physical and spiritual betterment. As yoga has inspired Jackie’s life, she hopes to inspire and change yours. She has a unique style of meditation throughout her practice and has a way to deliver complex messages in simplistic terms
Amber Lanier is a certified 200 HR Vinyasa yoga teacher through Kula Yoga who is passionate about empowering women to awaken and rise! She has always felt that there is more to life than just going through the motions. She discovered what that MORE was when she started her journey of practicing yoga 5 years ago. Ever since then, she’s devoted her time and energy to sharing and teaching holistic health, yoga, and meditation- all the vital tools she connected with on her own personal journey of transformation and healing. She became a yoga teacher to spread this awareness and hold space for others to go on their own journey alongside a community of likeminded people. Her favorite quote: “You are a magnificent force of nature with limitless potential, because the limitless energy that pulses through the Universe is always pulsing through you.”
Britty’s yoga journey began in 2003 when she took her first yoga class as a college PE credit. She instantly fell in love with the instructors demeanor and the way yoga made her feel more connected to herself and her body. She went on to finish her Health and Wellness certification and continued seeking out new yoga experiences over the years in each location she lived.
Britty's teachings are a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin and her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the positive transformation in her students.
Off the mat, Britty is a mother, artist, singer, animal lover, and entrepreneur. Her roots run deep in spirituality, the arts, music, and she loves bringing that creativity and soulfulness into her classes.
Karen Galliano was born and raised in Bel Air, Maryland and has been a Florida resident for the last 30 years. Karen is a personal trainer and an instructor who teaches spin, aerobics, strong, abs, and boot camp classes. She started training/teaching in 1998 when she obtained her ACE (American Council of Exercise) and Madd Dog Spinning certifications. After being involved in a major car crash, Karen found and fell in love with the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This inspired her to pursue and complete her 200 hour Yoga Total Immersion course in August of 2016 on the tranquil Island of Galiano in Vancouver,Canada. During her recent relocations to Maryland and South Carolina, she has taught Flow and Gentle yoga along with Meditation at the Zenna Studio in Berlin, Maryland and has enjoyed participating in Hot Flow yoga at Southern Om in the Greenville area.
Tanya recently relocated from Edmond, Oklahoma to be near the ocean, a life-long dream of hers. She holds certifications in the Wounded Warrior Project, Ho’oponono, and Reiki II. From
the very first yoga class that Tanya took, she knew she wanted to share her love of yoga with others. She received her 200 certification in October of 2015 through Yoga Home of Therapeutics, Oklahoma City and began teaching throughout the Oklahoma City and Edmond areas. Because education and training is of utmost importance to her, she went on to receive her 500 certification with emphasis in vinyasa, in August of 2017 through Awakened Life School of Yoga, Nosara Costa Rica. She loves giving back to the community by volunteering for various yoga events and teaching at retreats. She knows personally that yoga quite literally
changes lives and she strives to connect with the needs of each and every student. Her style can be described as breath oriented and alignment based. Tanya is retired military, 9/11 widow, proud Mom of two fabulous, all-grown-up kids, and lover of the ocean. She strongly believes that we are all creations of love, light and joy and through yoga we connect to our true essence.
