Britty’s yoga journey began in 2003 when she took her first yoga class as a college PE credit. She instantly fell in love with the instructors demeanor and the way yoga made her feel more connected to herself and her body. She went on to finish her Health and Wellness certification and continued seeking out new yoga experiences over the years in each location she lived.
Britty's teachings are a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin and her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the positive transformation in her students.
Off the mat, Britty is a mother, artist, singer, animal lover, and entrepreneur. Her roots run deep in spirituality, the arts, music, and she loves bringing that creativity and soulfulness into her classes.

Emily was introduced to yoga by her mom 20+ years ago. Too shy to attend studio classes, she started practicing along with DVDs (ha!) and later YouTube videos. After a weekend yoga retreat in May 2018 brought her out of her yoga isolation, she began practicing regularly at Crossroads Yoga in Corpus Christi, Texas, and most recently at Kula Yoga in Merritt Island, Florida. Inspired by her teachers, she embarked on her 200 RYT journey, completing her training in November 2021. Emily is also a musician and loves to bring funky & fun music to her alignment-based flows, along with some humor, and a yoga prop or two! Emily believes yoga is for everybody. She strives to make her classes inclusive, as well as challenging. Emily has been honored to learn the healing practice of yoga from a variety of wonderful teachers, including Gretchen Weber, Cassie Camp, Tanya Davis, Jessica Radican, and Laura Aiken. Emily lives in Cocoa, Florida, with her husband and their rescue pup, Bella.
Michelle Spahn started her yoga journey in 2001 in her home town of Denver, Colorado. There were times throughout her journey where she would fall out of practice but always came back to it, knowing it was an important aspect of her life. When she moved to Cocoa Beach in 2013 she found a beautiful community of yogis and decided to complete her 200 hour teacher training in 2018. Her journey through yoga has blessed her with so many great experiences and amazing friendships. Shes grateful to be able to share and guide the loving practice of yoga throughout her community
Noel started practicing the physical asanas of yoga in 2015 and began to dive deeper into all eight limbs and her spiritual practice about five years ago. Through her journey, she has been able to use yoga as a tool to heal herself and to try to live each day with love and gratitude. Her calling to obtain her 200 hour certification was to give back and help others in the same ways her teachers have led and helped her. Her classes are a good balance between body, spirit, and mind, centered around the idea that movement is happiness. Her favorite poses are primarily the ones which incorporate balance and flexibility. In addition to yoga, she is a ballet teacher for children and a certified barre teacher. She is so honored for the opportunity to be even a small part of your journey.
Yoga came into Emily’s life 8 years ago and had a profound impact on her life during a challenging time. It was the first time she had ever slowed down enough to breathe, connect to her heart, and feel an indescribable connection to the Universe & unconditional love! Since then, her life has transformed. From WI originally, Emily has lived in MN, CO, ID, and most recently in Cusco, Peru! She came to Cocoa Beach to be closer to family in 2022 and has embraced the beach life. Emily completed 250 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in CO at CorePower Yoga, & although classes are a workout (you will sweat!), she believes in making yoga accessible for every body, and focuses on safe alignment, as well as providing lots of options and modifications. She is very intentional with her music, which is inspired from all over the world, and hopes you enjoy flowing to her playlists as much as she does!
